CURA DE SLABIRE IN 14 ZILE.

       Un regim bun trebuie sa cuprinda alimente gustoase ,sa nu prezinte nici un risc pentru sanatate si sa nu fie prea complicat. Corpul nostru are nevoie de substante nutritive de baza: proteine , hidrati de carbon , grasimi , minerale, vitamine si apa.
Substante nutritive esentiale organismului:

1.Proteinele.
     Proteinele furnizeaza aminoacizii indispensabili producerii enzimelor , a anticorpilor si a celulelor de crestere, intretinerii si refacerii tesuturilor. Enzimele sunt necesare pentru regularizarea proceselor metabolice.Anticorpii combat infectiile si bolile.In regimul pe care eu, personal l-am testa si a dat rezultate uimitoare , regim pe care am sa vi-l prezint , proteinele se gasesc in peste , carne , pasare , in paine proteica si in branza.

2. Hidratii de carbon.
        Sunt o sursa de energie .Corpul prefera sa arda hidratii de carbon si sa pastreze proteinele, pentru a le permite acestora sa-si indeplineasca functia primara de inlocuire a tesuturilor.Hidratii de carbon complecsi , cum sunt fructele , legumele si boabele de cereale integrale , furnizeaza de asemenea celuloza care favorizeaza eliminarea materiilor.Hidratii de carbon complecsi nu sunt totuna cu hidratii de carbon simpli continuti in zahar si amidon.In acest regim , hidrati de carbon se gasesc in painea proteica , legume si fructe.

Grasimile.
      Constituie o sursa concentrata de energie. Ele sunt o protectie pentru mai multe organe vitale si ajuta la mentinerea temperaturii normale a corpului.Grasimile sunt cele care fac hrana mai agreabila , dar un consum excesiv al acestora aduce in mod cert probleme de greutate.Grasimi se gasesc in : carne , oua , branza , pasare si nuci .

      Regimul pe care am sa-l prezint contine un nr. ridicat de proteine (43%), hidrati de carbon ( 35%) si grasimi ( 22%).
      Nimeni nu poate pretinde sa faca miracole in materie de cure de slabire cu ajutorul unei alchimii magice , dar o combinatie de alimente studiata cu grija poate accelera procesul de ardere a grasimilor in organism, ceea ce inseamna o scadere in greutate.Acest regim , pe care l-am incercat si eu , si inca sunt sub acest regim , ofera tocmai aceasta combinatie de alimente ce accelereaza metabolizarea grasimilor si face posibila pierderea in medie a 500 grame/zi , mai mult sau mai putin , in functie de metabolismul bazal al fiecaruia si exercitiile fizice facute de fiecare .

      Eu , sincera sa fiu , fiind operata la coloana cu hernie de disc , nu am putut sa fac exercitii fizice decat doar sa fac plimbari de aproximativ cate 1 ora /zi . in schimb am urmat cu strictete regimul fara a inlocui nici un alimente sau de a adauga vreun aliment ! In 2 saptamani am slabit 6 kg respectand regimul si facand plimbari, fara ca ulterior sa pun kg inapoi .
     Prima data cand am inceput acest regim ,a fost in iulie 2008 , am slabit 6 kg apoi m-am lasat de regim din cauza unor probleme de sanatate CARE NU AU SURVENIT DIN CAUZA REGIMULUI . Acum m-am apucat din nou in urma cu aproape 2 saptamani si vreau sa spun ca si de data aceasta am rezultatele pe care mi le doream .
    Parerea mea in calitate  medic , este sa incercam sa slabim dar, nu exagerat de mult !Dece nu este indicat si sanatos sa slabim exagerat de mult intr-un timp foarte scurt ?? O data cu cresterea metabolismului bazal apar si corpii cetonici . Corpii cetonici sunt niste reziduuri de grasime partial arse ( partial metabolizate) .Daca nu consumam suficiente grasimi sau hidrati de carbon , corpul nostru se va alimente din depozitele noastre de grasime pentru elaborarea energiei de care avem nevoie, iar reziduurile din aceste grasimi depozitate sunt cetonele care se elimina prin urina! De aceea este foarte indicat sa avem un consum de 2 litri apa /zi pentru a ajuta la eliminarea cetonelor si altor toxine din organism ! Daca cetonele nu sunt eliminate din organism devin toxice, pentru ca organismul nu mai face( mai ales daca nu consumam suficienta apa /zi , creste concentratia cetonelo) fata la eliminarea reziduurilor.

ATENTIE ! CURA DE SLABIRE NU ESTE INDICATA GRAVIDELOR , MAI ALES IN PRIMUL TRIMESTRU DE SARCINA , UNUL DIN MOTIVE FIIND TOCMAI POSIBILITATEA DE A INTOXICA FATUL CU COMPUSII CETONICI ,SAU POT SURVENI MALFORMATII CONGENITALE LA FAT DATORITA CARENTELOR  DE VITAMINE SI HORMONALE NECESARE EMBRIONULUI IN PRIMELE 3 LUNI DE VIATA INTRAUTERINA ( in primele 3 luni de viata intrauterina se dezvolta toate organele fatului , urmand apoi ca in urmatoarele luni aceste organe deja formate sa creasca si sa se dezvolte armonios).

      ATENTIE CELOR DIABETICI ! NU VA APUCATI DE CURA DE SLABIRE DECAT SUB SUPRAVEGHEREA MEDICULUI , UNUL DINTRE MOTIVE FIIND ACELASI - CETONELE ! DIABETICII , DATORITA AFECTIUNII , CRESTE METABOLISMUL BAZAL ELIBERAND MAI MULTE CETONE ! Adaugand si un regim alimentar care ar elibera si mai multe cetone , asociate diabetului s-ar ajunge la un dezastru !

      Parerea mea personala este ca , cel mai bine si mai indicat este sa slabesti mai putin ,constant si sa poti sa te mentii ! 3-4 kg/ luna este super ok, asta in conditiile in care nu revii la vechiul regim alimentar si pui mai mult decat ai dat!Alege un regim alimentar care stii ca poti sa il mentii pe o perioada lunga de viata , sau dece nu pe o viata intreaga !Nu sariti pe tot felul de pastile de slabit si tot felul de regimuri disociate , pt. ca organismul are nevoie in fiecare zi pentru o buna functioare atat de proteine cat si de grasimi si hidrati de carbon ! Daca privezi organismul de cele necesare , imaginati-va ca peste 3 luni de regim , organismul va lua absolut tot ce are nevoie pt regenerare , si iata cum organismul creste inapoi in volum sau chiar si mai mult !

    Nu mai vreau sa va plictisesc cu povesti , banuiesc ca vreti sa vedeti o data " meniul " pt doua saptamani de cura de slabire ! MENTIONEZ ca pentru persoanele care vor sa continue regimul pe o perioada mai lunga de timp , trebuie sa faca si un regim alternativ !Adica face 2 saptamani regimul pe care am sa il postez acuma , dupa care va trece la un regim de mentinere de inca 2 saptamani ! daca totusi mai vreti sa dati jos din kg , reveniti la regimul de 14 zile si apoi iar treceti la cel de mentinere !

    Va propun sa va cantariti o data pe saptamana , dar daca considerati ca vreti sa va faceti un grafic , puteti sa va cantariti si in fiecare zi! Atentie ! sa nu va descurajati , veti avea zile cand veti ajunge in " platou ". Adica : azi aveti 80 , maine 80 , apoi 79 iar va mentineti 79 , etc ... depinde de metabolismul la fiecare si exercitiile care le faceti !MESTECATI MANCAREA INCET , 25 DE ORI PANA SA INGHITITI MANCAREA !Asa veti simti aroma mancarii si va veti satura mult mai repede !NU MANCATI PANA VA SATURATI !Mai lasti putin loc in stomac ! Opriti-va din mancat inainte sa simtiti ca v-ati saturat !!
Stiu... primele 2-3 zile vor fi grele , mie imi venea sa rod cuie de foame ! DAR INTRE MESE CAND VA ESTE FOAME PUTETI RONTAII LINISTITE MORCOVI CRUZI SAU TIJE DE TELINA  CARE CHIAR AJUTA LA SLABIT !

MICUL DEJUN DE FIECARE ZI:
- 1/2 GREPFRUT( DACA NU AVETI INLOCUITI-L CU UN ALT FRUCT - PORTOCALA, MANDARINA, KIWI , PEPENE GALBEN , PEPENE ROSU , MAR , PIERSICA , nicidecum banane sau fructe uscate )
- 1 felie de paine proteica , prajita , fara unt sau margarina !( 1 felie = 500 gr.paine taiata in 22 felii ).
- cafea sau ceai ( fara zahar , lapte sau frisca ).

LUNI
Pranz :
- platou de carne rece, variata dupa gust ( carnuri slabe : pui , curcan , limba , vita fara grasime)
- rosii felii ,copate sau inabusite
- cafea sau ceai fara zahar , lapte sau frisca

Cina :
- peste sau fructe de mare
- salata sortata , verdeata si legume dupa pofta inimii
- 1 felie de paine proteica , prajita
- grepfrut , daca nu gasiti , inlocuiti-l cu un alt fruct de sezon
- cafea sau ceai fara zahar , frisca sau lapte


MARTI :
Pranz:
- salata de fructe asortata , puteti combina toate fructele pe care le aveti la indemana
- ceai sau cafea

Cina:
- biftec tocat , la gratar ( din belsug )
- rosii , salata verde , telina , 3 masline , varza de Bruxelles sau castravete
- ceai sau cafea

MIERCURI:
Pranz:
- salata de ton sau de somon ( din conserva scurgeti uleiul ), stropita cu lamaie si daca doriti amestecata cu morcov si telina crude .
- grepfrut sau pepene galben , sau un fruct de sezon
- cafea sau ceai

Cina :
- gratar de berbecut ( dupa ce ati dat deoparte orice urma de grasime)
- salata verde , rosii , castravete si telina
- cafea sau ceai

JOI:
Pranz:
- doua oua , preparate cum doriti , dar fara grasime
- branza de vaci degresata
- dovlecei sau fasole verde fideluta sau rosii felii , inabusite
- 1 felie paine proteica , prajita
- cafea sau ceai

Cina:
- pui la gratar sau la frigare , din belsug( dati deoparte pielea si grasimea )
- spanac din belsug , ardei grasi , fasole verde fideluta
- cafea sau ceai

VINERI :
Pranz:
- felii de branza
- spanac din belsug
- 1 felie paine proteica , prajita
- cafea sau ceai

Cina:
- peste sau fructe de mare
- salata asortata dupa gust , cu oricate legume proaspete doriti sau , daca va place combinatia cu legume fierte , lasate sa se raceasca , taiate cubulete
- 1 felie de paine proteica , prajita
- cafea sau ceai


SAMBATA :
Pranz :
- salata de fructe oricata doriti
- cafea sau ceai

Cina :
- curcan sau pui la gratar
- salata verde cu rosii
- grepfrut sau fruct de sezon
- cafea sau ceai


DUMINICA:
Pranz:
- curcan sau pui, cald sau rece
- rosii , morcovi , varza fiarta , broccoli sau conopida
- grepfrut sau fruct de sezon
- cafea sau ceai

Cina :
- biftec la gratar din belsug ( dati la o parte orice urma de grasime
- salata verde , castravete , telina , rosii , varza de Bruxelles
- cafea sau ceai

NU uitati ca micul dejun este acelasi in fiecare dimineata ! Daca doriti , puteti inlocui orice masa de pranz din oricare zi cu meniul urmator :

- 1/2 cana de branza de vaci amestecata cu o lingura de smantana fara grasime , facuta in casa sau cumparata de la magazin cu minimum de grasime %
- fructe taiate felii , din belsug
- 3 nuci neprajite sau pecane , intregi , tocate sau amestecate cu ingredientele de mai sus
- cafea sau ceai fara zahar , lapte sau grasimi

A doua saptamana de regim , repetati exact meniul din fiecare zi din prima saptamana ! Nu inlocuiti nici un aliment cu altul!


Dupa aceste 2 saptamani , va urma un regim de mentinere care este foarte delicios , preparate dupa retete internationale . Astept feed- back din partea dvs ! sa imi scrieti si apoi la cerere am sa public si regimul de mentinere !


De stiut !
- grepfrut este foarte bun, contine o cantitate crescuta de vit. C , ajuta la slabit
- telina cruda , tije sau data pe razatoare ajuta la slabit
- ceaiul de leustean si garcinia de asemenea ajuta la slabit
- faceti o cura cu antioxidante , de exemplu SPIRULINA , care contine multe proteine( alge marine) ,acre purifica organismul , taie pofta de mancare . Se ia inainte de masa cu 30 min . # pastile / zi de 500 mg
- ca sa nu mai aveti pofta de dulciuri , faceti o cura cu CROM
- ceaiurile sunt bine consumate la temperatura camerei , asfel sunt eliminate din organism mult mai repede .

Nu mancati prajit in grasimi , fara paste fainoase , fara cartofi , fara zahar !


Cum prepar eu pestele fara ulei !

Intr-o tigaie teflon preincalzita pun 3 linguri de supa concentrata , fie de legume sau daca nu faceti o supa concentrata de legume Maggi ! puneti fileu de peste , peste care presarati putina sare , rozmarin , frunze de menta proaspata , si zeama de la jumate de lamaie ! Pentru fiecare 2- 2,5 cm grosime de peste lasati 10 min la preparat ! acoperiti pestele cu un capac ! verificati din cand in cand si daca mai este nevoie mai adaugati putina supa concentrat !
Pofta buna !

Salut,
Acesta este regimul Scarsdale. L-am aplicat si eu (de mai multe ori)
Slabesti 6-8 kg in doua saptamani, nu este greu de tinut dar trebuie urmat intocmai.

Problema cea mai mare e ca faci foamea la greu (mai ales daca ai un program incarcat dimineata)

Eu am rezolvat insa si problema cu foamea ...
am luat Slim&Fit (este un produs natural care scade semnificativ pofta de mancare si intensifica arderea grasimilor)

Odata cu produsul am primit si sfaturi pentru dieta precum si retete pentru prepararea unor mancaruri sanatoase si echilibrate pe care le folosesc in perioada de mentinerea greutatii dupa Scarsdale.

Extravagance Shop , imi pare foarte rau ca iti raspund atat de tarziu la intrebare , dar din motive tehnice nu am putut sa imi accesez blogul ! Raspunsul la intrebarea ta este : regimul Scarsdale nu permite din pacate inlocuirea unui produs cu altul ... si eu am o problema similara in ideea ca atunci cand am in regim biftec sau berbecut nu pot sa il mananc ...asa ca ...consum doar restul de pe lista ,adica doar salata aferenta ( din belsug ), fructele si ceaiul ! Dece nu se permite inlocuirea alimentelor ? Deoarece regimul se bazeaza de combinatia de alimente /zi care favorizeaza arderea grasimilor ! Daca mai ai nelamuriri poti sa ma contactezi pe e-mail !
